No one but the developer knows it at this point. For what's worth, Seymour's contract is internally handled like any other "relationship route" (although with extra variable which determines Lena's overall attitude towards it) so accepting it is effectively pairing Lena with potential LI and possible reason for breakup with her established relationship, if any.
